WebSep 8, 2024 · I am guessing the settings of S9 are somehow interfering with First Media wifi router or visa versa. I have tried the following solutions, but none of them solved the problem: Reset network settings Deleted wifi connection and reconnected Deleted Network cache Factory reset of phone, at home and at service center WebMay 26, 2024 · If the issue persists, try removing your router from the S9 and re-adding it: Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Select your router > Forget > Turn Wi-Fi off and on again via the switch at the top, select your router form the list of available connections, and enter the relevant details.
