Web10 de set. de 2024 · As for diet, I've been binging on lots and lots of cooked food, not worrying about fat, calories, salt, or sugar. Starting tomorrow I'm going back to 100% raw, and high carb raw vegan. The long term plan is to follow the high carb raw vegan diet for six weeks. I've never consistently been on it for that long.

WebMost high carb vegans, myself included, don't eat those things. Typically we eat fruits, vegetables and starches (potatoes, rice, oats, etc.). Some obtain the bulk of their calories more from fruit, others more from starch. I've done it both ways at different points and felt great either way.
