I was hoping they would at least patch out the frame pacing issues for the HQ mode but they never did. KH3, a game which isn't even on the same engine, also suffered a lot of frame pacing related issues and is best played in the forced 1080p/60 FPS mode. WebShadows should also never be maxed. Shadows maxed can drag a 9900k + 2080 Ti down. Just dropping to High makes a huge difference, with a negligible impact on quality (actually, it looks better on High with ShadowLibs enabled, imo).. I have a similar desktop (9700k and 2080 Super) and depending on the scene or situation, it's up to a 50 fps difference … choose 3 images
